Often when someone suffers from social anxiety, they will seek advice and help from friends, family and many who will delay the internet to ask for advice on how to deal with social anxiety.
The problem with this method is that many people you will seek advice have never experienced social phobia itself and cannot understand what you are experiencing. The internet is a great place to find information about getting control of your social fears but there is a lot of bad information out there so you need to filter and find what works and what doesn’t.
Many articles and websites will give you the same rehashed information about how you can overcome social fears, but most are written by people who have never suffered extraordinary fear of your social situation.
I know how difficult it is to find useful and relevant information because I spend better time for six months researching and reading how I can overcome my social fears of speaking publicly, meeting new people and the insecurities I have about my weight and how people judge me.

Environmental factors – occur when you watch other people experience embarrassing social moments and you fear the same thing happens to you.
Signs of Social Anxiety
Although there are many signs that you may suffer from social phobia, many people often do not realize that these symptoms are a sign that they are suffering from a mental illness and have never sought treatment. The most common symptoms are:
Avoid social situations for fear of being ridiculed, judged, humiliated or insulted
Increased anxiety or anxiety when in a social environment
Physical symptoms such as sweating, redness, abdominal pain, confusion, palpitations, shortness of breath, and even diarrhea.

There are three main types of treatments for social phobia, with proper care you can overcome social fears and lead a happy and healthy life, but often people waste a lot of time coping with their social anxiety because they listen to bad advice and advice from others who don’t have experience in dealing with social fears and only offer their opinions.

How Do I Overcome My Social Anxiety
I have dealt with the effects of social anxiety for most of my life, for me I see symptoms starting to develop around the time I entered middle school which was about 15 years ago.
Some 15 years may not feel long, but for me it’s a long way to go and I know that I don’t want to spend the rest of my life with an anchor of social fear so I start doing as much research as possible about dealing with social anxiety.
