1-2-3 To Stay Cancer Free – 6

Vaccination is a very controversial subject. There are benefits and risks involved; therefore, it is best to educate yourself before making a decision.

The truth about vaccines is that vaccines are not as effective as the medical community and the media promotes, nor are they as safe as promised. However, they are also not as effective as many alternative health communities believe.

However, keep in mind that vaccines can contain chemicals (such as formaldehyde), heavy metals (such as thimerosal which is 50% mercury, or aluminum), and allergens (such as egg protein or MSG). Toxins tend to accumulate in your body over time. Therefore, before you get any vaccine, do your research.

The flu vaccine in a multi-dose bottle has thimerosal as a preservative. Thimerosal single dose free flu vaccine is better but does contain the amount of “trace” mercury. The Mist Flu is entirely free of thimerosal.

Tap water is cheap, fast, and comfortable. However, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) tested tap water in 45 states a few years ago and found 202 chemical contaminants that were not subject to government regulations or safety standards for drinking water.

Bottled water, depending on the source, may not be the cleanest. It’s expensive, and plastic bottles hurt the environment.

Distilled water can cause long-term health problems because it does not have the essential minerals needed by the body.

Alkaline water best used for short-term detoxification purposes (1-2 weeks only). Also, the alkalization process does not filter water.

Clean and filtered tap water is the most comfortable, economical and healthy water source. Look for carbon type filters (for counter filtration systems above and below) that can remove heavy metals such as lead and mercury, chlorine-resistant cysts such as giardia and cryptosporidium, drugs, and organic chemicals such as herbicides, pesticides, and VOCs.

Be aware that the water filters of Brita, Pur, Zero, and all types of jugs only remove five ingredients – cadmium, copper, chlorine, mercury, and zinc. They are not effective in removing other contaminants.

To eliminate fluoride, you can add bone charcoal filters to an existing water filtration system.
